Introduction:
🖌️ What is painting? How should we approach it. This workshop will help you break through those barriers, offering a creative process that ties together moral, mental, and manual aspects of painting. Led by Gaby Maamary, this workshop is designed to ignite your creativity and boost your skills, no matter your experience level.
Workshop Overview:
Through this engaging workshop, you’ll learn to use physical elements, abstract forms, color mixing and harmony, Balanced chromatic palette, and controlling the techniques needed to express your artistic vision.
🎯 What You’ll Learn:
- Critical Thinking: Hone your observation, imagination, and analysis to translate your ideas into visual art
- Composition: Achieve balance and rhythm through spatial organization, color distribution, and thoughtful brushwork
🛠️ Materials Needed:
- 🎨 Paint: Acrylic
- Colors: Blue cyan, red magenta, lemon yellow
- Brushes: Flat and/or round tip (nbr 6, 12, 20), spalter brushes (W: 3 cm)
- Palette knives: Plastic or metal (set or retail)
- Disposable paper palette: A4 or A3
- One Canvas From 30x40cm up to 50x70cm
